Confined Space - Ventilation Systems

Axial Blowers

8” Axial Blowers achieve high power despite their low weight and low profile. Each has a tough steel construction with convenient carrying handles. All are available with a built in duct storage canister and ducting. AC Blower utilizes an AC electric motor (3A/115V). DC Blower is powered by a DC motor (13A/12V). Includes a 15’ cord and alligator clips and it can be operated by a truck battery. Explosionproof Blower has a single phase motor (3.3A / 115V) with a NEMA rated plug.

Centrifugal Blowers

Ideal for most ventilation assignments, especially confined space. One piece molded housing with a pair of 8” ports. Standard Blower has a rugged polyethylene housing and steel fan. Cage enclosed electric motor(6A/115V/0.25kW). Explsionproof Blower is powered by a single phase motor (11A, 115/230V) that includes a NEMA rated 115V plug. Nonsparking ABS housing. Meets Class I, Divisions I and 2, Group D and Class II Hazardous Requirements. High Output Blower has a large cage enclosed electric motor (12A, 115V/230V) which is capable of moving larger amounts of air. Air Driven Blower is for use with a compressor (requires 30 cfm at 40 psi). Aluminum fan meets explosionproof requirements. Polyethylene housing.

AC and DC Duct Canister Fans

This combination ventilation fan and duct storage unit is constructed of rugged polyethylene. Ideal for use as a one piece ventilation package. Duct canister is securely attached to a lightweight Air System fan. Axial Canister Fans are available in AC or DC, with 6’, 15’, or 25’ of duct installed. The DC fan can be ordered with the 12V Jump-n-Carry Battery Pack (sold separately) which provides approximately two hours of run time. CE registered and CSA approved.

Saddle Vent Confined Space Ventilation System

The Saddle Vent was designed to let workers enter and exit a confined space quickly and safely without the need to remove the ducting. Its unique design allows the Saddle Vent to fit any size manhole opening without loss of air flow to the worker. The entire system can be set up in less than 5 minutes. 8” diameter ducting is attached from the blower to the top of the Saddle Vent or an optional 90 degree elbow. Another section of 8” ducting is attached to the bottom of the Saddle Vent and extends to the bottom of the manhole to provide fresh air and displace harmful gases.

Conductive Industrial Saddle Vent

The Conductive Industrial Saddle Vent to be used with the Saddle Vent Confined Space System has static removal for hazardous locations. Made of black conductive polyethylene it is designed for ventilation in hazardous or potentially hazardous locations. For use with conductive ducting and an explosionproof blower to make an electrically conductive ventilation system that is designed to remove static electricity build-up.
