OPTIMA - Cable recycling system
TD1000 split type copper wire crusher machine adopts advanced design, rational structure, electrical controlled by PLC and reliable operation. This machine includes double-shaft shredder, belt conveyor, 2nd crusher, helical elevator, 2 sets of vibrating and choosing separators, 2 sets of gatherers, hydraulic system and electrical control system. After be crushed, it can make sheath and core separated and gathered at different areas of the screen mesh’s surface. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the sheath and core be separated, and get copper particles, plastic pellets and mixture from different ports. Dust goes to dust gatherer through air flue. The vibrating screen controlled by transducer that can adjust frequency according to different conditions, meanwhile the air value controlled by adjusted valve. Application scope: Rubber＆plastic sheathing cables which size from Φ10mm—Φ120mm Function: The outer sheath and inner conductor will be stripped by blade when waste cables cross through the middle guide wheel.
