The gravity deck is positioned at eye level, allowing for accurate visual adjustments without the costly addition of catwalks, steps or risers around the Tower Press.  Available in 1.2, 1.7, or 2.2 meter units, the Tower Press features an elevated discharge that is over six feet from the base of the press allowing for easier design and access to conveying equipment.  Pneumatically operated doctor blades and plow lift assembly reduces labor and wash-down time.  Tower Press units are also available in short deck version where space is a premium.

The 6000 Series is Charier Machine`s version of the traditional horizontal belt filter press. As with all our models the moment of inertia (frame strength), safety factors and deflections on our horizontal design are among the highest in the industry. Charter strives to meet the needs of their clients whether it is the typical hot-dipped galvanized frame with stainless steel components or complete stainless steel models. In addition to the standard size horizontal press we also offer a short-deck model for the shorter footprint but still maintain all the features and benefits of the original model.

For over 20 years Roediger ROEFLEX diffusers have been a leader in the aeration industry. Most air diffusers are subject to flooding when the air pressure is turned off. ROEFLEX diffusers have a triple seal mechanism that prevents liquid from entering the diffuser and piping system. ROEFLEX air diffusers will not clog, even if the flow of air is interrupted repeatedly or for long periods of time.

Our ROEFILT Sieve Drum Concentrator (SDC) reduces the volume of thin sludge and slurry produced during municipal or industrial wastewater treatment. The principle of the SDC is very simple: Sludge is flocculated with polymers and the released water is drained by gravity through a filter drum. The sieve Drum concentrator is an efficient alternative to the Gravity Belt Thickener if your circumstances involve limited space or less demanding performance requirements.

Polymer selection is one of the most important decisions in assuring the proper performance of any belt filter press. Charter offers sludge sample testing to assist toward that goal.

The Charter Royal Screw Press is a high-efficiency rotary screw press with low power operation, allowing you to save on energy costs. Our Royal Screw Press is based upon a technology that produces sludge that is cohered to the mechanical extractor, the filtrate then ejects from the inlet part by the energy of the screw rotated at a low speed, (0.2~1.3rpm). It is comprised of the screen classified into the strong screw wing of the structure and concentration part, dehydration part, and compressor.
