The 3S Series Sanitary Check Valve is an insert style, spring-loaded check valve designed for use in sanitary applications where 3-A certification, a minimum surface finish, or clean-in-place (CIP) is required. 3-A approved for use as a check valve or vacuum breaker, the 3S Series installs between new or existing sanitary ferrules, fittings, or tubing1, and includes 2 outer o-rings to provide a leak tight seal.

The Adapter (AM, AF) check valve is a one-piece body valve machined from bar stock. This is designed to be installed where threaded straight adapter pipe fittings are desired. The adapter check valve is available in AM (MNPT x FNPT) or in AF (FNPT x MNPT) configurations. This valve can also be used in low pressure or vacuum relief applications by using the desired spring settings. NPT threads are per ASME B1.20.1.

The Bushing Check Valve (BU, BR) is a spring loaded check valve with a standard pipe bushing housing. The valve is adaptable to many types of service applications. It has very little restriction and produces a low-pressure drop. It can be used quite effectively in systems where flow and pressure drop are critical by the use of a reducer coupling. This spring check valve also makes an excellent vacuum breaker. The high flow rate insures maximum effectiveness for vacuum breaker service. By reversing the direction of flow it can also be used as a low-pressure relief valve.

The Butt Weld (B4, B8) check valve is a one-piece body machined from bar stock, eliminating porosity concerns and providing uniform density for more consistent welds. Made to ASME/ANSI B16.25 for schedule 40 pipe (B4), or schedule 80 pipe (B8) it carries rugged, dependable Check-All trim with a wide variety of seat materials and cracking pressures to choose from.

The Connector (CN, CR) valve is a spring loaded check valve with a pipe nipple or connector housing. It is designed to be used in installations where a check valve with male pipe threads are required. The Connector check valve is adaptable for use as vacuum breaker, or low-pressure relief valve. Two valves used in combination make an excellent pressure vacuum vent. NPT threads are per ASME B1.20.1. This spring check valve is also available with ISO 7 “R” threads (CR) making it easily adaptable to any male threaded pipe connection.

Flange Insert valves are the ultimate check valves in flanged systems. They provide the simplest most economical way to install check valves in a piping system, the valve body automatically positions the valve and holds it in place while bolts are being installed and tightened. All that is required is two gaskets in place of the one normally used in a flanged joint. 

The Sanitary Cartridge Valve (SC) is a stainless steel check valve for use in new or existing sanitary systems. The SC design seals on the ID of sanitary ferrules with replaceable food grade seals (Standard is FDA EPDM). The valves fits the Alfa Laval Inc. Bevel Seat and Tri-Clamp® fittings, the Waukesha Cherry Burrell® Q-Line and S-Line fittings, and others with ID dimensions equal to the `F` dimension listed in the Sizes & Dimensions. The compact SC design fits inside a single fitting and requires no additional space in the line. Its size makes it extremely economical when compared to full-bodied valves. Choose from Check-All`s broad selection of Seat Materials Cracking Pressure Options that allow this series to be used as a check valve, relief valve, or a vacuum breaker.  Note: USP Class VI o-rings can be supplied with certification.

This is the 1/8″ EPIC® Female Pipe check valve.   The EPIC® 0125 Female Pipe has female NPT threaded connections machined from 300 series stainless bar stock with seat material Aflas®, body seals of Aflas® and a 1/2-PSI stainless steel spring setting (cracking pressure) that can be installed in any flow orientation.  This check valve has a completely independent drop-in replaceable check mechanism housed inside.

The EPIC®  0375 Female Pipe has female NPT threaded connections machined from 300 series stainless bar stock with seat material Aflas®, body seals of Aflas® and a 1/2-PSI stainless steel spring setting (cracking pressure) that can be installed in any flow orientation. This check valve has a completely independent drop-in replaceable check mechanism housed inside.
