Manufacturing Services
The workshop is uniquely positioned as both, the fabrication arm for Chem Process Systems designed process equipment as well as the custom fabrication arm which serves engineering companies and processing facilities. Sprawled in an area of 36,000 square feet, the workshop houses 4 fabrication bays allowing a production capacity of up to 14,000 man hours per week on a standard day shift pattern.

Product testing at Chem Process Systems is carried out by following stringent safety measures. Testing at all stages of construction is essential to the engineering ethos of the company and forms an integral part of codes of practice and standards.
O & M Turnkey Solutions
Chem Process Systems provides turnkey solutions for process requirements relevant to vacuum, heat transfer, evaporation, crystallization, drying, gas cleaning and zero liquid discharge among other things. Our capabilities extend to carrying out process study, feasibility study, basic as well as detailed engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, commissioning and operation and maintenance of the plants.
