The WI-Plug System is composed of one or more WI-Plugs which may be installed in drains, pipes, out falls and / or catch basins around the facility. All the WI-Plugs are controlled by the Electronic Coordinator system (ECU) and can be activated via the Remote Control Unit (RCU) or automatically via sensors. Once deployed the system contains the spill to allow time for a composed and orderly clean-up. The system also notifies key personnel on and off site.

The Dock-Plug is an automated multi-deployment spill containment system that is permanently installed in drains near loading docks. The Dock-Plug will automatically activate once a truck moves into the loading dock. Once activated the Dock-Plug seals the drain completely, thus prevents any potential chemicals from entering the drain system should a spill occur during loading and unloading operations.

Level 1: PAN ID – Each ChemiGreen Install gets a unique PAN ID code. Only units with this code can communicate on the network. Level 2: Encryption - Our wireless network is encrypted using an algorithm developed by Digi (Maxstream), the encryption code is unique to ChemiGreen and to each customer, and is military grade. Level 3: Database - Each coordinator only communicates with remote / repeater / drain that are in its database. The database is NOT on the Radio chip but on a separate memory chip. The only way to change the database is via a USB connection using a unique code. For example if a remote is lost / stolen, upon reporting it ChemiGreen will remove it from the Database. Any attempt to activate the system using that remote will fail.

The outer shell of the Chemigreen Smartbladder is composed from a custom formulation of Viton fluoroelastomer, which combines superior thermal resistance with unique resistance to chemicals and extreme environments. The heart of the Chemigreen Smartbladder™ is composed of the patented telescopic core mechanism, combining a unique combination of a specialized telescopic rod design with a dedicated spring component within the bladder. This produces a slimmer profile, an increase in responsiveness, strength, and durability of the unit, as well as significantly faster deflate times.  

The Wi2 is the culmination of years of research and development, resulting in a truly revolutionary system capable of preventing spills, floods, or the unwanted flow of liquids – whether they happen to be harsh chemicals or rain water.

For narrow diameter pipe (less than 4” (102mm)) Chemigreen offers a specialized EPDM bladder having only a 1” (25mm) overall diameter. These bladders were specifically designed for protection against anhydrous ammonia spills, but can be used for any compatible chemical, water, or air protection. As many as 16 of these narrow bladders may be connected to a single controller, operated from the same air supply, and requiring only a single point of operation and system maintenance.
