UNS thread gauge is Unified Special Pitch thread gauge. GO & NOGO, RH(ring hand)  & LH(left hand) available. As these UNS thread gages is special, so most of them are not in stock, these gages need custom production. Ring gages need two weeks to be finished, plug gages need ten days to be finished.

UNEF thread gaug is  Unified National Extra Fine thread gauge. UNEF means the TPI should be big, (TPI is more,the thread if finer) For UNEF thread, the usual TPI is 18,20,24,28,32. Extra-fine-thread series, UNEF, is applicable where even finer pitches of threads are desirable, as for short lengths of engagement and for thin-walled tubes, nuts, ferrules, or couplings. It is also generally applicable under the conditions stated above for the fine threads. We have UNEF screw ring gauges and screw plug gauges in stock, we can send out goods the same day.

UNF thread gauge is UNIFIED  NATIONAL FINE thread gage with 60 degree thread angle. Fine thread series-UNF is suitable for the production of bolts, screws, and nuts and for other applications where the Coarse series is not applicable. External threads of this series have greater tensile stress area than comparable sizes of the Coarse series. The fine series is suitable when the resistance to stripping of both external and mating internal threads equals or exceeds  the tensile load carrying capacity of the externally threaded members. it is also used where the length of engagement is short, where a smaller lead angle is desired, where the wall thickness demands a fine pitch, or where finer adjustment is needed.

NPT thread gauges, the full name is National Pipe Taper thread gauges(full name:American National Standard Taper Pipe Thread gages). NPT threads used on threaded pipes and pipe fittings, they are tapered for sealing, no need any thread sealant.
