Melting Shop
Electric Arc Furnace: An Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) is a Furnace that heats charged material by means of an Electric Arc Furnace. Ladle Furnace: Ladle Furnace treatment is to ensure that the molten steel has the required temperature when the Ladle is taken over downstream second metallurgy unit or at a continuous caster. Continuous Casting Machine: Molten metal is tapped into the Ladle from Furnace. After undergoing Ladle Furnace treatment, the Ladle is transported to the top of the Casting Machine to feed the Casting Machine for producing Billets.
Scrap Shear
HGS-1250 Scrap Shear is designed and manufactured comply with CNS, JIS, IEC standard, in consideration of specific requirement of steel making industry, especially for those steel making from scrap by EAF. Scrap density, dimension can be improved tremendously after processing by the shear.
