CTI offers a variety of bending options for our customers. We can bend parts on one of our manual benders or CNC benders depending on part geometry, volume and part tolerance requirements. We can also coil various size parts for a variety of industries. We have over 14 different benders and three different roll benders for coiling processes.

Here are examples of the quality parts we can produce for you with our laser technology. Parts can be cut on up to six axes allowing an incredible variety of complex shapes to meet your special needs. The technology assures dimensional consistency with essentially no variation from one part to the next. The tube laser process allows CTI to process round, square and rectangular tubes, as well as open profile structures like angle iron, I-beams and C-channels. Here are some examples of some of the many parts we build for our customers every day.

CTI has been providing welding services to a variety of industries for over 30 years. Our welders are very proficient with MIG and TIG processes. We recently introduced our first robotic welder to support repetitive orders from several key customers. The robotic unit has two welding heads with a 10 foot x 4 foot welding envelope on the front side and a 24 foot x 4 foot welding envelope on the back side. This equipment allows us to tackle both small and large welding projects.

CTI can provide cut to length parts using our production cutting machines. We can shear cut, lathe cut or even saw cut product with speed and accuracy. The machines can produce a high quality end finish while maintaining very square ends. If you need 1, 100, or 10,000 parts cut, our variety of machines can satisfy your needs. In addition to saw cutting, CTI also offers Vendor Managed Inventory, Kanban systems, kitting and threading to meet all your value added needs.
