CBBEL’s Construction Engineering Department provides construction engineering services and owner representation for all types of civil engineering projects, as well as electrical and mechanical work incorporated into civil engineering projects. Our typical projects include roadway reconstruction rehabilitation, bridge rehabilitation, traffic signal modernization, underground utilities, lighting improvements, I-Pass modernization, and concrete structures. We are familiar with the various aspects of construction from addressing or finding solutions to resident and municipality concerns to IDOT procedures and project close-out.
