This experience helps us to advise which machine you are looking for and rough expected capacities however every trial has a different expectation, so we offer this service on your product on request. Our dedicated Spares & Service team are on hand to offer advice and replacement parts for your machine, ensuring uninterrupted production, whatever its age. We stock an extensive range of parts in our warehouse and are able to offer same day despatch for items we have in stock. If we don’t have it, we can source it. In-house manufacturing facility offers a prompt service, producing spare parts for our extensive machinery range, both current & historic.

We offer a reconditioning service for older machines. Machines that have had decades of reliable production and can benefit from an overhaul. We regularly receive back to our site machines that have been out in the field and are either no longer required, or which need a more thorough renovation than can’t realistically be carried out on site. Our reputation is taken very seriously and any second-hand machine that benefits from our reconditioning service only leaves our factory once all worn parts are replaced, the machine is fully tested, painted and a new warranty applied. We don`t just paint them, we really do fully recondition them to "as new" standard.
