HPS flat membrane is manufactured from Polyethersulfone(PES) and is available in various specifications from 0.05 to 8.0um to meet customer needs. Our membranes, which have various pores, are suitable for use in high-purity and special industrial processes such as final filtration equipment, electronics, electronic materials, and pure water treatment equipment. HPS® Flat Membrane is produced in rolls with a thickness of 120um, making it suitable for a variety of applications as well as pleated filter materials.

Chung Ah MC Series pleated filters are designed to prioritize various micron filtration configurations and filtration stability to satisfy customer needs. As a nominal filtration grade filter, it can reliably filter micro particles by applying heat-sealing technology that is durable and does not form other eluents. All materials of construction comply with FDA regulations for food and beverage contact use as detailed in the US Code of Federal Regulations, 21CFR.

MP Series cartridge filters are absolute grade pleated filters made of 100% polypropylene. The polypropylene media in MP Series filters combines successive layers of microfibers to exhibit high porosity and a progressively smaller pore structure that increase the filtration performance of foreign matter. The filter components used are made of FDA-listed polypropylene, and according to the state-of-the-art method, all assemblies use a heat-sealing method. These processes provide excellent cartridge filters with excellent chemical compatibility and no other eluents for a variety of liquids and applications. MP series filters show over 99.9% filtration performance for each pore size.

Filter replacement is easy enough to prevent process down time. By minimizing the exposure of workers to harmful substances and providing various fitting types, the product satisfies the needs of various customers. In addition, the components are FDA 21 CFR compliant and can be used in food and beverage processes.

Chung Ah LDT Series filters are designed to effectively filter high-concentration slurries, binder materials, and magnetic paints. It is a deep filtration filter with a mixed structure of multiple layers, allowing step-by-step filtering from the outside to the inside of the filter. It demonstrates excellent performance in removing high-concentration electrode slurries and GEL. Because it is durable and applies the eluent-free thermal fusion technology, it can reliably filter micro particles.
