CI Systems’ advanced architecture ControlMaster; SR-800N sets a new standard for accuracy and uniformity in blackbody technology. Temperature measurement and calibration are both performed in the radiation head itself and then transferred digitally to the ControlMaster controller. The result is accurate, stable, reliable and NIST- traceable. Temperature is controlled by easily-removable sensors which the user can replace in just minutes. Our factory-supplied replacement sensors provide an efficient means for recalibrating the system, providing an additional 12 months of service. Alternatively, customers may recalibrate the blackbody with our optional; CK-800R calibration kit.

The SR-800HT is a high temperature, absolute extended area blackbody IR calibration source, which provides excellence in uniformity, stability, and accuracy, as well as high uniformity. It is an extremely reliable calibration source with the flexibility required for testing a broad range of IR based systems. The exceptional effective emissivity of the HT blackbody is achieved with radiometric correction.

The SR-33 series is a compact blackbody that combines the emitter head with a controller in an all-in-one housing design.

Temperature measurement and calibration are both performed in the radiation head itself and transferred digitally to the controller. The result is a more accurate, stable, flexible and compact system that provides reliable NIST-traceable results.

The METS, based on CI’s reflective optics for wide spectral coverage, extended area blackbody and a motorized target wheel, provides fast and reliable testing for repeatable and objective results. The METS can be easily modified for a range of applications, including automated FLIR, CCD, Laser and boresight testing on the production floor, lab or depot when used in conjunction with CI’s automatic test software. The METS are designed to retain their accuracy over a wide range of temperatures.
