With the VF-50 flow measurement system, CiDRA presents a unique solution for the variety of flow applications in the municipal water and wastewater market. Whether it be measuring influent water flow and sludge lines, or monitoring RAS and WAS lines, the VF-50 flow meter uses CiDRA’s proven sonar technology to provide accurate and reliable flow measurements. In addition, its non-contact design allows for a safe and easy installation on the outside of the pipe without process downtime or flanging. The VF-50 system is the only non-contact flow meter that works regardless of pipe material or process fluid.

The SONARtrac PW VF-100 flow meter is a lower cost flow measurement solution created for process water applications. The PW VF-100 offers the same reliability, proven performance, and value of our multiphase SONARtrac flow meters. As a result of its non-contact design, the PW VF-100 installs on existing process lines and allows on-line volumetric flow measurement on virtually any type of pipe material and lined pipe, without any coupling gels or special adjustments.

The SONARtrac HD VF/GVF-100 flow meter is the ultimate combination of our volumetric flow and gas volume fraction meter coupled with the durability of the HD (high dispersion) series. The HD VF/GVF-100 was designed specifically to provide accurate and reliable flow and entrained air measurements for difficult to characterize mixtures and slurries with varying velocities and densities. This product is recommended for middlings slurries with greater than 30% solids.

The SMARThatch system is installed on the truck mixing drum providing continuous real-time air and temperature measurement from batch plant to job site.  The system measures air content in wet concrete as the drum rotates, providing operator and quality control personnel with air information that was never available before. The producer can take action to adjust air content before arriving at the job site and on subsequent batches to ensure the mix will be within specification. With our patented AIRtrac Mobile system, concrete producers can better understand and optimize mix designs, expand their QC coverage, spend less time on job site and catch problems early. All of this translates into increased productivity, reduced waste, lower costs and enhanced competitiveness.

The CYCLONEtrac Particle Size Tracking (PST) system is a novel system that provides real-time feedback of grind circuit and individual hydrocyclone performance. The technology`s value lies in its ability to track the particle size of the entire overflow stream from a hydrocyclone battery based on the contribution from each individual hydrocyclone. This enables real-time closed-circuit grind control strategies targeting improved mineral recovery, increased grind efficiency, while maintaining or increasing plant throughput.
