The Pageboy series SFD15 pneumatic diaphragm pump is a unique, pocket-sized, air operated diaphragm pump that incorporates a stress-free diaphragm to give very high reliability and long life, even when pumping strong acids or powerful solvents (MEK, acetone, chloroform etc.).

MID mini air Operated diaphragm pumps are characterized by exceptional performance, power and strength, making them ideal for pumping liquids with a very high apparent viscosity up to 50000 cps (at 20°C), even if containing suspended solids.

NH-PX-D Series Magnetically Driven Centrifugal Pumps have an inert pump housing that is isolated from the pump motor. The pump is driven by a magnetic coupling. The pump shaft and bearings are made of wear resistant ceramic or SiC. Bearing, shaft and thrust pad are molded into the plastic pump body to assure excellent alignment. The NH-PX-D series pump casing is offered in a choice of glass fiber filled polypropylene, PVDF and ETFE.

Model series SMV miniature diaphragm isolation valves utilizes a specialty shape memory alloy for actuation. They are suitable for a wide range of clinical, analytical and laboratory instruments. The small rectangular footprint, silent operation, low power consumption (0.3 W or less) and reduced internal passage volume are main product advantages. O-ring manifold mounting options are available (consult us). Standard materials in contact with the process fluid are PPS valve body and FPM or EPDM Diaphragm

Model STV-K or STV-R Isolation Valves have molded PEEK or PPS valve bodies and PTFE isolation diaphragm materials for compatibility with aggressive media. The valves are standard with unique Perfluor soft elastomeric seals which are forgiving of particulate matter that would typically damage a plastic valve seat. The STV-K and STV-R Molded Isolation Valves are excellent choices for demanding low flow applications where minimum size and internal volume are requirements.

Model EXAKN Inert Isolation Valves are very small in size with negligible internal volume. The valves incorporate a perfluoroelastomer soft valve seat (retainer) which is resistant to damage caused by foreign particle matter. EXAKN Inert Solenoid Isolation Valves are ideal for automated chemistry applications where the goal is to minimize reagent and sample waste.

FV series valves are only 4.2mm square(4.2×4.2×23.1mm not including wires).They are an innovative and groundbreaking ultra-small solenoid valve that can be mounted in the smallest of spaces, minimizing the manifold size and shortening the length of flow paths.

Model EXV-2MF Manifold Mount Inert Isolation Valves mount directly on customer designed manifold blocks. A Perfluor or FPM gasket provides sealing. The valves have molded PEEK or PPS valve bodies and unique Perfluor soft elastomeric seals which are forgiving of particulate matter that would typically scratch a PTFE valve seat. An FPM seal is also available. Model EXV-2MF Manifold Mount Inert Isolation Valves small size and mounting style allow the end user flexibility and minimum internal volume in the layout of fluidic circuitry.
