Adiabatic Dry Cooling Towers
High efficient evaporative cooling pads are wetted With water, which is evenly distributed over the top of the evaporative pads at city water pressure. As the air passes through the pads k, water is Evaporated in the air, and the air is humidified and Cooled down to temperatures at two to three ºC Above wet bulb temperature l. Such substantial Depression of the dry bulb temperature of the air Results in a major increase in dry cooling capacity. The pre-cooler is constructed in stainless steel, with water distribution piping and a gutter system to drain The water once-through to the sewer m. Part of the Distributed water is evaporated, while the excess Water assists in rinsing the pad to keep it free from Debris and minerals that would stay behind on the Pad after evaporation. Designed to be used as once-through system, the Trillium Series Cooler does not require any water treatment, nor pumps while minimizing the risk of micro-biological contamination.
Round Shape Cooling Towers
ICT (Induced Draft Counter flow Cooling Tower) Round shaped or popularly known as bottle type are designed to cool industrial re-cycled process water from temperature of 50 degrees to temperature of 4 plus the prevailing Wet Bulb temperature of the region. The tower design incorporates hot water inlet at the bottom collection sump circulated vertically to the mechanical rotary sprinkler located above the fill media. The inlet water pressure rotate the sprinkler, having extended arm pipes with orifices to disperse water uniformly over the fill media. The fan directly coupled to the motor, during operations takes away the heat by induced draft mechanism. Air is drawn from the lower air in take area & is induced to travel through the fill media thus taking away the latent heat from the water passing through the fill media. Portion of water evaporated, removes the heat from the remaining water.
Square Shape Cooling Towers
ICT-square shaped towers cool the re-cycled water. The towers blend easily with architectural surroundings, giving a unique aesthetic appearance. Designed to cool industrial re-cycled process water from temperature of 50 degrees to temperature of 4 plus the prevailing Wet Bulb temperature of the region. The design incorporate the static spray nozzle distribution to atomize water in to a mist state and ensure uniformity in water dispersion and are easy to maintain even during the tower operations. The hot water from the application is dispersed uniformly over the wet deck fill by means of static spray non clog nozzles. Simultaneously, air is induced through the fill media thus taking away the latent heat from the water passing through the fill media. Portion of water evaporated, removes the heat from the remaining water. The warm moist air is drawn through the fan deck is discharged to the atmosphere. Cold water, collected at the collection sump, is re-circulated to the heat source
Cross Flow Cooling Towers
The tower design incorporates a FRP distribution basin with number of flower type target nozzles in it and is located at the tower top. The water, by gravity, is dispersed over the fill media uniformly and water is allowed to pass vertically down along the honey comb fills. The fan coupled directly to the motor is placed horizontally to draw air across the fill media. A small portion of water is evaporated which removes the heat from the remaining water. In warm moist air is drawn to the horizontally placed fan / motor and is discharged through the fan deck, to the atmosphere. The resultant cold water is collected at the cooling tower collection sump from where it is re-circulated to the application.
Wooden Cooling Towers
This rugged war horse in our stables, incorporate multi blade, cast aluminum, adjustable pitch fan assembly driven by special T.E, IP-55 protected Geared Motor with low R.P.M and higher air discharge capacities. The tower structural and supporting sections are HDG Steel, fastened with SS fasteners, and suited for hot, harsh and humid atmospheric industrial conditions. The standard cladding profile of corrugated asbestos cement sheet, the joints of which are lapped to minimize water spillage. The Treated Wooden Splash bars, the fill media, are supported on FRP Grids to ensure positive and permanent positioning. The wooden splash bars are of imported pine woods, chemically treated to arrest fungal or algae formations. The design incorporates accommodation of waters with very high TDS factors The hot water from the source when circulated to the collection basin with flower pot nozzles, are sprayed over the fill area.
Modular Cooling Towers
A modular cooling tower assembly is provided that comprises at least one cooling tower module having extendible legs capable of supporting the assembly when fully extended. When more than one cooling tower module is used in the assembly, adjacent modules are attached together at their respective frames. A single exit plenum chamber is placed over the joined modules and a single fan in the exit plenum chamber causes an air intake from an air entrance plenum chamber at the bottom of the modules upwardly past the fill sheets and out the exit plenum chamber and fan cowl. The cooled liquid falls into a common collection basin in which the extended legs of the modules are standing.
Natural Cooling Towers
Devoid of either the fan or the fill media these towers are guaranteed for 100% savings in power & maintenance down time. The special aero dynamic designed FRP / GI louvers minimize spillage and evaporation losses. The Hot Dipped Galvanized structural and S.S. fasteners increase the life periods of the towers. Their unique non clog nozzle atomizes water to fine mist state to ensue efficiencies of the towers and are easily maintained even during operations. In this process, water gets cooled and the air gets heated / saturated thereby caring away some sensible heat from water.
Dry Cooling Towers
The fluid coils of international standards are designed and selected through software providing accurate data on thermal transfer rate based on which they are manufactured. The tower designed incorporates the shell and tube designed with copper tubing and aluminium foil fins. The water losses are 0.01% since, the circuits are of the closed loop type and the towers are most space saving / energy efficient once. They are best suited for applications such as Furnace coil water cooling, D/G Sets, Compressors. The fans are of aluminium die cast with adjustable pitch and are individually tested for different flow rates. They are all dynamically balanced. Since, the complete fan is of Aluminium Alloy / Plastic it does not corrode when used in out door applications. Dry cooling towers are in a single unit can be provided in capacities from 1000 kw to 1500 kw and they can be multiplexed to reach many thousand or kilowatts.
Closed Circuit Cooling Towers
We have one of the closed circuits cooling towers CTI certification from India as it first time. Closed circuit cooling towers serving most of the grind buildings at affordable cost and not only saves the water as well power consummation and foot prints. We are CTI certified cooling tower in south India. We are provided a terminal performance quality with 20 years. Counter flow and closed circuit cooling towers CTI certification now we have further more response to maintain the quality at bar. Mean while we have working carefully minimize the cost. The evaporate cooling towers essentially combines a cooling tower and a condenser coil in single equipment. It eliminates the sensible heat transfer step of the condenser coil water which is required in the cooling tower/condenser system. This permits a condensing temperature substantially closer to design wet-bulb temperature, and consequently, minimum heat process energy input.
