ServoJet - Precision Injectors
ServoJet - Gas Injectors
Clean Air Power natural gas injectors are widely used in the natural gas industry for multi and single point gas injection and are certified to the European standard ECE R110. All natural gas injector body and internal parts are constructed from stainless steel with maximum operating pressure differential ranges from 75 to 300 psi. Options include drop-in mounting, with flying pigtail leads or quick connection applications, while coils are available for 12-24v DC. Every unit is thoroughly tested for flow delivery, pressure leaks and performance. Clean Air Power also supply a range of gas components as well as our own manufactured range of coalescing filters, filter assemblies, shut off valves, CNG and LNG pressure regulators, injector blocks and our patented Turbocharger Air Bypass valve for DualFuel™ application. Please visit our parts store or alternatively contact us for more information.
ServoJet - Hydraulic Valves
A range of hydraulic high-speed solenoid valves precision manufactured to digitally control pressure or flow. They are available as 2 or 3-way valves for normally open or normally closed operation. Hydraulic valve pressure ratings range between 100 and 3000 psi.
Clean Air Power`s DualFuel Technology
Genesis Edge - Retrofit Solution
Clean Air Power’s patented DualFuel™ system, a retrofit solution which enables heavy-duty diesel engines to operate on low carbon gas.
Hydraulic Components
Hydraulic Transmission Valves
Clean Air Power has developed a range of hydraulic, high-speed solenoid valves. Precision-manufacturedto control pressure or flow digitally, the valves are available as two or three-way solenoid variants for normally-open or normally-closed operation and have been developed as part of the Dual-Fuel™ development programme. Clean Air Power`s hydraulic transmission valves have been used in various applications, with decades of proven performance. A range of hydraulic high-speed solenoid valves have been designed for transmissions which are precision manufactured to digitally control pressure or flow. They are available as 2 or 3 way valves for normally open or normally closed operation. Hydraulic valve pressure ratings range between 100 and 3,000 psi. Screw-in versions are available with flying pigtail leads or quick connection options. Coils are available for 12-24v DC. These valves have a strong track record, having been used widely over the past twenty years.
