When planning clean rooms, we also pay a lot of attention to maintaining the quality of clean rooms throughout their service life. For this purpose, we determine critical points where damage to walls or doors can occur during daily manipulation of trolleys, etc. At these critical points, we provide floor or wall protection, which can be made of stainless steel, plastic (PE500 coterma), HPL, etc. Most often, these are tubular floor or wall bumpers, columns of different heights and corner protection. All materials from which floor and wall protectors are made are resistant to aggressive chemical compounds.

There are a lot of sliding doors, available on the market. Yet, none of them was suitable for the grade B zone. Till now. The Cleangrad hermetic sliding doors C-HSD-ALU with the automation were developed in house, to perfectly comply with the GMP requirements in the B and C cleanroom zones.

Cleangrad ceilings for clean rooms are suitable for all cleanroom zones and can thus be used in pharmacy, healthcare, microbiology, food and nuclear industry, nanotechnology, microelectronics and research institutes. Cleangrad cleanroom ceilings are characterised by a high level of load-bearing capacity, resistance to various chemicals (they are also resistant to frequent use of hydrogen peroxide), airtightness and easy and quick installation. Panel ceilings are checked for their load-bearing capacity, tensile, shear and flexural strength. Panel ceilings for clean rooms are made only of non-corrosive materials, so there is no fear of corrosion during their service life.

Swing doors are specially developed as part of the Cleangrad cleanroom system to ensure maximum tightness. Their key advantage is that the doors are flush installed on both sides in the partition wall, without unnecessary edges and thus allow easier cleaning. A special feature of the door is their special magnetic closing system, which ensures a perfect seal along the entire door frame and thus prevents dirt from accumulating in these places and ensures significantly easier cleaning. The surface of the door leaves can be made of aluminum or HPL.

Cleangrad has developed modern stainless steel pass-box chambers to transfer smaller pieces of material between rooms with varying degrees of cleanliness. Pass-box chambers can be passive or active. Active pass-box chambers can have their own ventilation system, or they can be connected to an existing external ventilation system.
