Cleanmax - Shell Tube Back-Flush Filter
These filters are designed for the separation of fine particulates from liquids,the operation is simple and highly automated. Besides, its online self-cleaning function brings a longer service life. The filter consists of several groups of filter cartridges, differential pressure transmitters, imported Johnson screens. Under normal working conditions, the process stream flows in from the bottom of the cartridges and exits from the top after filtration. When the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet of the general pipelines reach the preset value, the regeneration cycling operation will be started. The transmitters trigger the PLC, and the PLC sends signals to all valves to shut off the filter for back flushing. This filter will be back washed with the filtrate in reverse flow. The filter element cleaned will be ready for normal filtration. Filter cartridges will be cleaned one group after another in the same way.
Cleanmax - Model TYS1 - Scraper Filter
These filters adopt a ladder shape filtering screen and the solid cake formed in operation will be scraped off to protect the meshes from been blocked. Their filtration accuracy range is 0.5 -2mm, and max. flow rate is 280?h. The other basic data are design temperature 240?, design pressure 1.6MPa. The filter shells are made of carbon steel or the same with the internals stainless steel.

Separator
Cleanmax - Model G-L - Coalescing Separator
The gas mixed with liquid or even harmful liquid will damage the facility and that`s strictly forbidden in the process and the equipment operation. To avoid this problem, coalescer is required. Working principle: Firstly it coalesces the smaller liquid drops into bigger ones, then under the pressure of the gas, the liquid with gas will go through several layers of filter media (the holesize increasing) until the drops grow big enough and enter the liquid accumulating area, and finally drained. A clean and usable gas is obtained.

In order to solve this problem, L-L separation equipments(Coalescers) are developed. The working principle of coalescer: this separation depends on the polar group and nonpolar group of the filtration media, the smaller drops in the mixed liquid that have negative effect for the application will be gathered into bigger ones, and the drop will become bigger and bigger under the pressure of the liquid, once the drop grows big enough, it will be drain out finally. Those left are the desired high quality fluid.

The quench oil enters the cyclone via the inlet and rotates in high velocity. As the specific gravity of coke is larger than the quench oil, the coke is driven to the outer edge(the edge of cyclone section). After removal of coke, the cleaned quench oil is in the center of the rotation flow, which flow out via outlet of cyclone (N2) through the center pipe of the cyclone.
