CleanSpace 2” self-supported or ½” thick stud-hung modular wall system with a uPVC (“unplasticized polyvinyl chloride”) finish, with all seams chemically cold welded together to create a monolithic finish that is able to fit with all other system types. Our wall systems are FM approved, ASTM tested and have superior chemical resistance properties. The 2” wall panel system offers a UL listed raceway at both edges of every panel to provide an electrical chase reducing on site need for conduit and service boxes.  Clients are able to retrofit to existing stud walls with ½” or 2”.  We also offer PET (“polyethylene terephthalate”) or gypsum-coated panels for a true cost-minded solution. These systems can also be integrated together in a program solution to provide optimal cleanroom performance balanced with other objectives such as cost and schedule.

CleanSpace offers both walkable and non-walkable ceiling panels ranging from ½” to 7” thick in both aluminum bespoke honeycomb as well as a pan style Sterideck system that provides a service chase to encapsulate all wiring, teledata, low voltage, DP tubing and service piping alike. Manufacturing these panels in an environmentally-controlled line to ensure no delamination for all honeycomb panels. Also because of the highest quality assurance guidelines and completely folded metal for the Sterideck ceiling – utilizing a 7” service chase to encapsulate all services – there is no potential for delamination.

We offer solutions in all nominal sizes in both single- and double-glazed windows - window, full wall and half wall. We offer full height double and single glazed wall solution that utilizes both top and bottom cove to ensure cleaning protocols are maintained. These can be used in viewing corridors or CNC space to provide governing corridors organizations such as FDA, EMA ability to view activities without gowning up.

We offer fully flush cleanroom doors made of uPVC, stainless steel, Powder coated aluminum, or fiberglass with beneficial fully flush maglocks and door access controls with a multitude of price points.  Doors can be ordered in manual operation through fully automated.  Options are endless and can include Hollow-core, Stainless, Roll up and multiple configurations. CleanSpace partners with 3^rd party vendors to offer roll up and sliding door solutions.

CleanSpace’s standard door hardware package includes stainless steel pull handles, push plates, kick or armor plates, and stainless steel covered door closers. We can also provide magnetic interlocking systems with push button or wave plate access and Go/No-Go Lights, which can be integrated with automatic door operators.
