Roto-Sieve - Drum Screen
The Roto-Sieve is an internally fed, self cleaning, inclined drum screen. With over 4000 units installed globally, the Roto-Sieve has unsurpassed quality, reliability, and performance in the marketplace. In municipal wastewater treatment applications, the Roto-Sieve is renowned as a fine screen to protect MBR systems; for primary treatment; and for various sludge screening applications. Industrial users, such as poultry processors, meat processors, food processors, breweries/wineries, and recyclers utilize it for not only wastewater treatment but also product processing. In short, the Roto-Sieve can be effectively used in almost any application where a solid needs to be separated from a liquid.
VSV Sludge/Water Heat Exchanger
The VSV Sludge/Water heat exchanger is a “Tube in Shell” heat exchanger used to heat and cool biological sludge. The sludge tubes are a circular cross section surrounded by rectangular cross section water channels. The flow of the sludge and the water is cross current for highest efficiency. The VSV heat exchanger utilizes a modular construction, with each heat exchanger being designed specifically for each application. There are five diameter sludge tube sizes available. There is the flexibility of one to four sludge tubes per level and 2 to 22 levels in the heat exchanger design. The sludge tubes can measure up to 20 feet in length. This design flexibility optimizes velocity, Reynolds number, shear rate, and pressure loss in the sludge flow for efficient heat transfer. This also provides flexibility in the physical size of the heat exchanger, as the design is easily modified to fit in an existing plant.
Roto-Sieve - Piston Press
All of our screenings presses can economically and effectively dewater screenings from both in-channel and Roto-Sieve screens in a variety of applications. This line of products will significantly lower your hauling and disposal costs by reducing both the weight and volume of screenings.
Shaftless Conveyor
The SSC shaftless spiral conveyor has provided efficient and reliable transport of various difficult to transport materials for decades. Since our SSC shaftless spiral conveyors do not require end bearings this allows for direct connections and optimizes layout design flexibility. End-to-end and side connections not possible on shafted screw conveyors are common solutions available in our shaftless design. Additionally, the elimination of the shaft and hanger bearings eliminates flow-impediments found in shafted screw conveyors. This also enables a much higher fill rate resulting in slower screw speeds; more efficient conveying; and consequently less wear and power usage.
