Performance Filter Bags and it`s thermal bonding of the continuous fibers are used to create Performance Media. They prevent fiber shedding that can be encountered with some other media. With a gradient density fiber structure, Performance Filter Bag Media provides premium depth filtration, trapping a wide range of particles for cleaner fluid streams.

Media filters which offer automatic operation and utilize low cost roll media, are well suited to applications with moderate contaminant levels. Contaminated liquid flows through non-woven synthetic filter fabric supported by a conveyor belt. As the filtered contaminants restrict the liquid flow, the liquid level rises and actuates a float switch that runs the conveyor gear motor. Clean liquid collects in the tank and is returned to service by the pump.

Filter Bag Housings are compact, space saving and designed for optimum filtration performance. The range provides filtration solutions for a broad variety of fluid applications in the process industry using bag filter technology. Filter Bag Housings are manufactured in accordance to meet the high demands of the process industries.

CF-25 filter housing is designed for continuous flow up to 20 US GPM or for small batch operations. The CF-50 filter is designed for continuous flow up to 40 US GPM or small batch operations. Typical applications include water, ink, petrol chemicals, food industry, automotive, paint, kitchens and pharmaceuticals.

The CF-25 is same as the CF-25-SE, but has an over the top entry design.

CF-100 Filter Housing is designed for continuous flow up to 90 US GPM and small batch operations. The CF-200 Filter Housing is designed for continuous flow up to 180 US GPM. Typical Applications include filtration of paints, petrol chemicals, pharmaceuticals, water floods, injection water, resins, solvents, inks, chemicals, molten sulphur and adhesives.
