Cleatech’s 2100 Series plastic laboratory Glove boxes come in different material, configuration and sizes. These basic isolation glove boxes provide low-humidity, Oxygen free controlled environment when used with inert gas purging system. Isolation glove boxes are ideal choice for laboratory, clean room, electronic assembly and other critical processing operations in such industries as semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Vertical laminar flow hood with air re-circulation plenum from 3 feet to 8 feet length. Back plenum reduces the percentage of dirty air passed through the filter. Also available without worksurcae with open frame base that can sit on any standard worktables, or with attached worksurface and optional supporting stand. ESD control option such as ionizing bar and static dissipative material.

Cleatech benchtop ductless fume hoods (also known as recirculating fume hoods) are portable ductless enclosures with folding sash that remove hazardous fumes, vapors and particles from the laboratory.

Automatic purge control units work with inert gas such as Nitrogen, Argon or Clean Dry Air (CDA) Source.  They are design to automatically control purge system to maintain desired low relative humidity or low Oxygen level in a desiccator, glove box or any other enclosure. Cleatech purge control units reduce inert gas (nitrogen) consumption and cost by 70%.

These cleanroom tables come with surface that‘s perforated with 3/4″ holes on 1″ centers allowing up to 25% laminar air flow. It is constructed from 14 gauge 304 Brushed or electro-polished stainless steel that can be ordered with an H-Frame or C-Frame base.

All stainless steel gowning benches are ideal for clean room environments. Stainless steel construction offers a non-contaminating surface that eliminates particle shedding.  Available in standard and electro-polished with solid, perforated or wire tops and optional under-shelf.

Polypropylene Chemical Transport Carts (Acid Transport Carts) can be used to transfer  Acid-corrosive Chemical and hazardous acids. Our Polypropylene chemical safety carts meet the most cleanroom, safety requirements and constructed using liquid tight welding techniques.

2200 Series isolation glove boxes, light weight, portable and space saving with 27” width. Cleatech portable gloveboxes come with front tilt-up window and optional airlock. These economical glove boxes have the same function as standard 2100 series with wide range of materials and accessories for humidity and oxygen control & monitoring.

Cleatech 2300 Series Containment Glove Boxes are configured as an open loop airflow system safely and effectively control particulates in your laboratory. Particulate control requires a glove box with HEPA or ULPA filters that used to capture particulates.
