The Model 75 HP Hydrostatic carriage drive provides excellent carriage control and great adjustability.  The drive is controlled by an electronic joystick which eliminates any hydraulic valves or hoses in the sawyer’s cab.  A programmable pump control package allows the sawyer to easily set the feed rates in both directions to tune the drive for his individual preference.

The Cleereman Heavy Duty Bottom Pivot Log Turner utilizes the same robust components as the Standard Bar Log Turner, but was designed for mills that had structural supports that prevented a Standard Bar log turner from swinging under the track frame.

The Cleereman Chop Saw incorporated many improvements to previous designs already on the market.  We addressed weak points and strengthened the manufacturing process. Enhancements include 3-15/16″ arbor shaft and bearings and heavy wall tubular construction.  This impressive machine also offers easy blade removal with the swing open guard, hydraulic hold down arms to secure the log during a cut and a Cleereman Controls system with Sure Grip handles.

The Cleereman Cornerless Sawyers booths combine comfort, sound proofing and exceptional visibility to allow operators to be more efficient and productive.  The cornerless design eliminates the blind spots found in other cabs giving the operator a clearer, safer view of the work being done.
