The single impact pneumatic vibrator or "air knocker" delivers one impact at a maximum frequency of once every three seconds through a five-port spool valve. A timer is used to vary the impact cycle required. Single impactors or "air knockers" act most like a hammer and are most effective for sticky materials because they are less likely than continuous vibration to cause packing in bins and hoppers.

Cleveland Vibrator`s New Mini Vacuum Mount Series is perfect for applications where a permanent installation is not possible and mounts to any smooth surface. Serving as a vibratory solution for light-weight bulk material load issues, these vibrators are available in an array of models, sizes, forces and frequencies. The small Turbine Vibrator body is fabricated with Acetal plastic and laser etched #304 stainless steel construction and provides a high frequency vibration. Its pneumatic power also enables operation in hazardous environments. A cost efficient option, our Single Stage Vacuum Generator only uses 0.74 CFM air consumption. 

Most frequently used in unloading compacted material in railcar hoppers, VMRR air piston portable vibrators eliminate the hazards and time associated with climbing around railroad cars to dislodge material. Models 1300, 1350 and 1400 fit our LSRR-FL brackets, which are the standard size found on railcars.  Model 1200 is a smaller version frequently used as a portable vibrator for plant bins and hoppers, concrete molds and refractories with the LSRR-FS bracket.
