Clifton Rubber’s diablo rollers are manufactured at our premises in the UK from a high quality polyurethane. Our polyurethane diablo rollers are typically used in spoolbase equipment around the world. The diablo rollers come in a standard section size of 480mm length x 380mm diameter and are fitted with a 70mm mild steel shaft and sealed bearings, although this shaft size can be modified to suit our customers requirements. Bespoke diablo rollers can be manufactured to customer specification.

We manufacture and supply original discs and spacers for some of the major recycling equipment manufacturers and are in a position to supply direct to the aftermarket. Our standard range of rubber and polyurethane discs spacers are detailed below. However, we can also manufacture bespoke items to customer requirements. Our standard discs & spacers are usually held in stock and we can therefore dispatch to the customer within one working day.
