Climate Action Reserve training

General trainings follow various formats and are normally open to the public. Ongoing courses include the following webinars: “Overview of the Climate Action Reserve”, which is an introductory course on how and why our program operates; “Climate Action Reserve Program Training – Project Developers and Verifiers”, which is tailored toward assisting account holders to better understand reporting under the Reserve and the Reserve software; and a monthly “Special Topics Series” webinar on a special Reserve, carbon offset, cap-and-trade, or carbon market related topic.

The Reserve requires that each Verification Body employ a minimum of two Lead Verifiers. This ensures that each verification team includes at least two certified Verifiers: one to serve as the Lead Verifier and one to serve as the Senior Internal Reviewer.
