Cloud Tech Fog Cannon is an advanced and reliable dust suppression system, purpose-built to eliminate harmful airborne dust particles generated during open-pit mining, heavy construction, demolition, and bulk material handling activities. Engineered with precision, it effectively reduces up to 95% of dust in the air, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and creating a healthier, cleaner, and safer workplace for employees and surrounding communities.

Our Cold Fog Dust Suppression System (CFDSS) uses high-pressure water fogging to create ultra-fine water droplets less than 10 microns in size. These tiny droplets effectively absorb even the smallest dust particles in the air while falling to the ground without causing wetness.

Our Dry Fog Dust Suppression System works on the principle of agglomeration. Airborne dust particles (1-800 microns) passing through the system's micronic fog blanket collide and adhere together, increasing their mass until they settle back onto the main material being handled.

Our Soil Hardener is an ecological solution designed for stabilizing, solidification, hardening, and dust control of all types of soils and aggregates. Developed by Cloud Tech Pvt. Ltd, this product directly addresses one of India's major concerns: air quality. With vehicles and road dust contributing up to 40% of urban particulate matter, our solution specifically prevents the resuspension of dust particles.

The Sprinkler System for Dust Suppression is basically designed to prevent liftoff of Dust from stockpiles and roads. Water Spray over the Stockpile area is produced by sufficient number of sprinklers suitably installed in a ring manner to cover the entire projected area of the Stock Pile/Roads. The Sprinklers are swivelling type with the provision of change in the swiveling angle as well as angle of nozzle from the horizontal. The sprinklers break up the water into small droplets simulating natural rainfall. Each Sprinkler is control by a flow activation system having the facility to operate the sprinkler in a pre-determined duration. The water sprayed on the Stockpile will wet the material and prevent lift off of Dust due to wind etc.

The main principle of the System is to wet the material by a fine spray of Water so that the dust particles are made to impinge and adhere to the water droplets. The material is thus kept damp/wet, immobilizing the dust particles preventing them from becoming air borne.
