GRP Pipe, Fittings & Systems
Clover - Glass Reinforced Polyester Pipe & Fittings
Superlit is a flexible glass reinforced polyester (GRP) pipe system suitable for pressure and non pressure water supply, wastewater and industrial applications. GRP pipe and fittings are manufactured using three composite raw materials: glass fibre, sand and thermosetting resins. Through an advanced manufacturing process, GRP pipe offers the required pressure rating, structural strength, stiffness rating, and abrasion resistance.
Clover - GRP Jacking Pipe
Our Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) jacking pipes offer high axial strength for trenchless micro-tunnelling and relining applications. GRP jacking pipes are typically utilised in the trenchless construction of water and wastewater pipelines. Other applications include road/rail culverts, ducts, asset encasement and pipe relining.
Clover - GRP Manholes
GRP manholes form an integral part of buried gravity sewage and wastewater networks, allowing surface access to the system for pipeline inspection and maintenance. The technically advanced materials and processes used to produce Superlit GRP manholes result in a highly durable, corrosion resistant, and maintenance free structure that`s fast and easy to install.
Clover - Non-Circular GRP Pipe & Fittings
Non-circular Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) pipe and fittings are suited for both the trenchless rehabilitation and open-trench construction of sewage and wastewater pipelines. Our range of non-circular GRP pipe and fittings are manufactured using a high-strength filament winding process and can be made to virtually any shape.
PVC Pipe & Fittings
Clover - PVC-O Pressure Pipe
Clover`s Oriented PVC pipe (PVC-O) undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process to ensure world-leading quality in potable water, recycled water and wastewater applications. The TOM PVC-O pipe`s orientation imparts high impact resistance and material efficiency, resulting in a capable eco-friendly pipe system. The advanced manufacturing process requires less energy when compared to traditional PVC materials and it has the lowest embodied energy of any pipe system worldwide.
