CM FURNACES - BOX/BATCH FURNACES

CM Furnaces - Model CM 3300 Series - High Temperature Industrial Batch Furnaces To 1800°C (3300°F)

The CM 3300 Series furnaces are built for the industrial environment with rugged floor mount designs and heavy-duty construction. Both front loading and bottom loading configurations are offered. These furnaces utilize alumina brick and fiber insulation. Designed for strength and energy efficiency.  molydisilicide heating elements provide rapid heat and cooling rates. The furnace is designed to operate continuously at 1800°C (3300°F) in air.All CM high temperature box lined furnaces are constructed for production use. This includes heavy gauge steel for the case material and structural steel for the frame. Hot surfaces are shielded with removable panels for reasonable skin temperature while allowing quick access for maintenance purposes.

Rapid-Temp Series

CM Furnaces - Model CM 1200 Series - Laboratory Box Furnaces

The most reliable and widely used lab furnaces available today, the CM 1200 Series, Laboratory Box Furnaces offer controlled heating and cooling rates, temperature control, compactness, and sturdy construction for long term use. Configurations are available for virtually any requirement with three basic configurations including front loading, bottom loading and front loading atmosphere retort. Thermal cycling systems, as well as custom designs and specialized control systems are offered.

CM Furnaces - Rapid Temp Laboratory Box Furnaces to 1600°C (2900°F)

The most reliable and widely used lab furnaces available today, the CM 1600 Series Rapid Temp Lab Furnaces offer rapid heating and cooling rates, uniform temperature control, compactness, and sturdy construction for long term use.

Batch furnaces

CM Furnaces - High Temperature Box Furnaces

CM Rapid Temp Box Furnaces are built to endure the use and abuse of many different applications. Our furnaces have seen use in small scale laboratory environments all the way to industrial production facilities. These furnaces incorporate graded insulation systems which will not hot spot at high temperatures and are resistant to degradation. Because of the extremely low thermal conductivity of these systems dramatic weight reduction and extremely fast thermal cycling is possible.
