The CM Hybrid Shredder is a Primary Shredder capable of processing passenger car, truck, super single and precut farm and light OTR tires at impressive rates. The machines Hybrid design allows it to accept a number of knife styles and sizes which makes this Hybrid the most versatile primary shredder in the industry.

CM Chipping Shredders are the shredders that put CM on the map. Since 1982 CM has built and delivered more of these workhorses than all of our other shredders combined. Available in mobile and stationary configurations, CM chipping shredders produce the cleanest cut chips in the tire recycling industry. Patented multi-stack and double-stack knives can be sharpened, rotated, and reused to decrease operational costs. This whole tire-to-chip system is designed for simplicity to keep labor costs to a minimum. This complete solution includes the CM single or double deck disc screen and rotary conveyor for returning oversized chips for reprocessing. Capacity: 3 tph – 24 tph

CM Primary Shredders are the workhorses of the tire recycling industry. They process car, truck, and OTR tires into rough shreds for disposal. Larger off road tires may need to be pre-cut or debeaded prior to processing. With the addition of a disc screen, the CM Primary Shredder can be used to produce 4 to 6 inch chips sized for Stage 2 processing in Crumb Rubber applications.

The CM Chip Shredder provides an efficient solution for the high volume production of tire chips. The CM Chip Shredder is the industry leader for processing rough tire shreds to chips.

The CM H-150 is a heavy duty dual shaft shredder recommended for passenger car tires, pre-cut truck tires, and dense bulky items such as fiberglass, drums, pallets, and refuse. With 150 HP, this shredder has very high capacities and is available with CM patented replaceable and resharpenable knives.

The CM H-250 is a heavy duty, high capacity hybrid shredder engineered for processors in landfills, municipal solid waste facilities, and tire recycling facilities. Features such as a wide feed opening, more knives, and 250 horsepower make this shredder the best solution for applications such as truck and OTR tires, wooden scraps and pallets, 55 gallon drums, and even solid waste. The H-250 is available with traditional knife configurations or CM “Multi-Stack” and “Double-Stack” patented replaceable knife inserts.

CM Disc Screen classifiers are designed to sort tire shreds and chips into specific sizes. Their patented, rugged design allows them to perform in difficult environments. CM Disc Screens can sort and classify shreds and chips from any shredding system. Single Deck Disc Screens are effective at coarse sorting and are used with Primary Shredders to provide general sizing. They are used when producing some grades of Tire Derived Aggregate (TDA) and when preparing material for Stage 2 of tire processing. Single Deck Disc Screens are available in 4” and 5” [100 and 127 mm]. Double Deck Disc Screens are utilized in Chipping Shredders and in situations where smaller chip sizes are required. These classifiers are used when producing Tire Derived Fuel (TDF) and some Tire Derived Aggregates (TDA). Double Deck Disc Screens produce chip sizes from 1” – 3” [25 – 76 mm].

The CM Liberator™ is an extremely robust medium speed primary grinder. It is capable of processing commingled materials such as tires, wire, cable, and e-waste. It utilizes a patented serrated knife design and internal screen to control particle size and distribution.

The CM Zero Waste System screens and separates any commingled steel and rubber that still remains after the Liberator. The system utilizes a screening conveyor in combination with a large drum magnet to further clean the reclaimed steel wire. The CM Zero Waste System produces steel wire that can have less than 5% contamination.

CM Granulators are the most advanced machines available. The advanced knife design is energy-efficient, reducing heat and wear. The rotor is constructed of hardened steel and every exposed area inside the cutting chamber is fitted with a replaceable wear liner. The main bearings are located on the exterior of the machine eliminating any chance of contamination and the knives and screens are easily accessible through hydraulically powered access doors.
