The CMB Rockstar 150, 185 and 225 Cone Crushers are modern cast steel, all roller bearing and feature hydraulic adjustment which enables the operator to rapidly change the discharge setting, if required during the crushing operation. These machines feature hydraulics which also incorporate a tramp metal release, automatic reset and an unblocking feature which will clear the crushing chamber in a matter of minutes.

In response to customer demand and pressure from regulatory bodies for improved access and safety while applying tighter emissions limits, the CMB BX610 and BX650 Tracked Mobile Cone Crusher Plant offers GROUND LEVEL ACCESS to all major operational and service features.

The CMB BX300 Mobile Cone Crushing Plant features a CMB RS150 Cone Crusher which is supplied with air-blast cooled lubrication tank and hydraulic system.

The CMB BX100 Mobile Cone Crusher Plant features a CMB RS150 Cone Crusher with intelligent ultrasonics offering variable crusher feed. Supported by a heavy-duty fabricated chassis with king-pin and bogie powered by a 160Kw 4-pole motor the CMB BX100 Mobile Cone Crusher Plant includes hydraulically folding conveyors and UK spec lighting kit.

The CMB BX500 Tracked Horizontal Screen Plant is a versatile screening plant capable of direct feed to the top deck, or by apron belt feeder.

CMB Inclined bespoke screens can be constructed to fit any new or existing application. Sizes range from 900 x 1800 (6’ x 3’) to 2700 x 9400 (30’ x 9’), with one, two, three or four deck screens available.

Horizontal or low-angle screens are ideal where height is critical. With one, two, three or four decks possible the screens can be used for sizing or scalping applications. The size range is 1220 x 2500 (4’ x 8’) to 1500 x 9600 (8’ x 30’).

CMB vibrating feeders combine scalping and feeding in a single operation. Providing a regulated flow of material to primary crushers, our feeders can be custom-built to suit your installation and requirements.

CMB four-bearing screens feature rugged construction and a positive circular vibrating motion. They are ideal as scalpers for large aggregates, or as screens for difficult, sticky materials. These screens can be offered as a direct replacement for Niagara screens.
