Thanks to more than 70 years of experience in the wine industry, C.M.E. offers a wide range of stainless steel piston pumps, single and double-cylinder and twin-cylinder, for capacities from 40 up to 1200 hl/h. With a high technological value, the piston pumps produced by C.M.E. preserve the fundamental characteristic of the “long run” and allow obtaining, even in the presence of difficult liquids, a high efficiency together with a smooth flow, balanced and free from flapping, with the utmost respect for the qualitative characteristics of the product.

C.M.E. is specialized in the production of peristaltic pumps for oenology and the agri-food sector. We offer a wide range of peristaltic pumps, single pipe and double pipe, for flow rates up to 720 hl/h. All peristaltic pumps by C.M.E. are equipped with electronic adjustment of the flow rate (by inverter), fittings and compensation chambers made in AISI 316 stainless steel and pressure switch.

With over 70 years of experience in the field of oenological machinery, C.M.E. produces self-priming lobe pumps for oenology and the food industry. Helical lobes for maximum efficiency and delicacy in treating the pumped product. Flow rates from a minimum of 7 m3/h up to a maximum of 70 m3/h.

CME offers a wide range of stainless steel screw pumps, for capacities from 4 up to 180 m³/h. Our single screw pumps allow a plurality of different uses and can be used either individually – such as, for example, the trolley-mounted versions (PMC and PMCT line) – or as part of a more complex plant (PMT line).

CME produces stalk mincers in stainless steel AISI 304. The stalk mincer is composed of two sets of knives: one fixed and one mobile. The blades, rotating at high speed, chop the stalks allowing a reduction of the volume up to 80% of the initial one.
