The standard face-to-face distance adheres to CMO Valves' specifications, but customization for larger sizes is possible upon request. Featuring a maximum working pressure of 0.5 bar, these dampers can be adapted for higher pressures if needed and comply with relevant European directives. CMO Valves - Goggle Damper Valve for Industrial Application

The CMO Valves goggle damper valve is engineered to serve as an isolating mechanism within industrial pipelines. Specifically tailored for environments with high dust concentrations, it allows unsealed passage when necessary. Upon closing, hydraulic jacks press the knife gate against the seal ensuring airtightness. This valve operates efficiently with speeds up to 30 m/s and temperatures reaching 200 ºC. Not suitable for regulation, the valve's open conduit design prevents pressure drops. It's ideal for the pneumatic transport of gases across various temperature ranges and is extensively utilized in cogeneration plants, thermal and electrical power stations, as well as chemical plants within the energy sector. The available sizes range from DN500 to DN2500, with other sizes available on request. Its structure complies with applicable European directives, ensuring robust and reliable performance in demanding industrial settings.
