DEL AOP Pro Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) Systems provide enhanced oxidation/disinfection capability by combining Ozone and UV-C to form Hydroxyl Radicals. The optimized Ozone/UV-C ratio results in Hydroxyl Radical creation that far exceeds any competitive AOP system. This is a game changer in disinfection, oxidation of organic and non-organic contaminants, destruction of biofilm and optimizing water clarity. AOP also dramatically reduces chlorinated by-products such as chloramines.

The G-Class CD-2/5/7 systems generate 2-7 grams of ozone per hour at 2.5-3.0% by weight and the G-Class CD-15/25/45 systems generate 15-45 grams of ozone per hour at 3-4% by weight. All operate under vacuum for safety and include integrated DEL Ozone Safety Management Systems.

Fitting seamlessly into existing plumbing with a minimum space requirement, the DEL Ozone CPS-8015 and 8025 skid-mounted fully assembled recirculating ozone systems produce ozone at 15 and 25 grams/hour, respectively, at 2.5-4% by weight. All systems have configurable feed-gas options (integrated oxygen concentrator system is standard), multiple safety features, self-diagnostic switching and robust construction. Variable ozone output control is standard on both models.

Floor-mounted HECD 65/130 provide 65 or 130 grams of ozone per hour at 5-6% by weight using low-maintenance 1.6 kHz cold cathode gas-filled corona discharge ozone cells. Includes integrated DEL Ozone Safety Management System and PLC to monitor ozone generator, oxygen levels, temperature and other user-controlled variables. The HECD systems also feature digitally controlled variable output.

The P-100/200 systems have many standard features such as multiple safety interlocks, backflow prevention device, automated control (including proportionally controlled ozone output), complete isolation during shutdown, oxygen monitor with low level protection and integrated Monitor/ Controller(s). Utility features include Human Machine Interface (HMI) fully automated touch screen control panel, remote monitoring, remote control of system functionality and data logging.

Q-Class uses medium frequency, cold cathode, water-cooled vertical tube and shell glass tube dielectric ozone cells for consistent and reliable ozone production. Q-Class systems have configurable feed-gas options (integrated oxygen concentrator system is standard), multiple safety features, self-diagnostic switching and robust construction. Proportional ozone output control is standard on all models.

The IU and IA Injector Assemblies are highly durable and efficient adjustable injectors that are pre-plumbed manifolds for ease of installation and ensure optimum ozone mass-transfer into water up to 95%. Powerclean Salt Pro is a system designed for ease of use and maintenance, compared to other chlorine generator systems. Multiple cells can be combined on a system manifold for higher output. Each cell can be individually cleaned by hand, eliminating the need to store acid or other tools for cleaning.
