Unfinished linens can destroy the atmosphere of an otherwise well appointed room. "No-iron" linens were developed primarily for home use, where dryer temperatures and spin cycles can be precisely set and the flat-work can be taken from the dryer in time to preserve an acceptable appearance. This degree of personal attention is not possible, even in the smallest of commercial laundry settings.

For smaller operations, such as bed & breakfast and small restaurants.   To iron  napkins;  pillow cases;  60″ (1524mm)  tablecloths folded once; etc.

The ironing process of the Finish Rite ironer - and the results - are very similar to careful hand ironing, but considerably faster and easier. The padded pressure roll that applies just the right amount of pressure automatically to smooth out the wrinkles produces the exceptional ironing quality. The surface speed of the automatic feed conveyor is less than the pressure and healed rolls. The result is a gently pulling action that removes wrinkles before the linen is firmly held against the heated roll for drying- Linen to heated roll contact is nearly 420 square inches, offering superior drying capacity. Far more stretching and drying can be done with the Finish Rite than by comparable single roll chest ironers.

Rear delivery model is desirable for laundries with adequate floor space behind the ironcr and production requirements that justify the use of operators at the rear. Rear delivery will greatly increase your ironcr production.

The Models 1600 & 2000 requires minimal floor soace. Choice of 85" (2.1m), 90" (2.3m), 100" (2.5m), 110" (2.8m), 120 (3m), 132" (3.3m), or 136" (3.4m) ironing widths. Front delivery of ironed linen only or front/ rear delivery option available. Rear delivery model is desirable for laundries with adequate floor space behind the ironer and production requirements that justify the use of operators at the rear. Rear delivery will greatly increase your ironer production. Gas, steam, or electricity can heat Models 1600 & 2000. The gas-heated models are equipped with a full width multi-port induced draft burner that evenly distributes the heat with a total of nine parts. Compare that to others burners using nearly fifty parts or those that heat oil and have two pumps and long piping to heat the ironer.

Convenient discharge height. Ironed work delivered to the rearof the machine is raised to a height of over 31" inches (787 mm) by discharge conveyor. This increased height allows this machine to be used with all automatic folding machines. In addition, if work is to be hand folded the increased height increases productivity and reduces operator fatigue. For increased height, 6" (152 mm) `Frame Feet` are available.
