Decoiler – unravels a stainless steel coil and feeds the Bender/Corrugator.

Drive Post – precisely positions the adjacent bent edges of the stainless steel strips exiting the Welding Pre-Aligner before they enter the Welder Assembly.

Welding Pre-aligner – positions adjacent bent edges of the stainless steel strips before entering the Welding Positioner.

Bender/Corrugator – bends the upper and lower edges of the stainless strip and optionally forms reinforcing corrugations along the longitudinal axis of the decoiled stainless steel strip. Another series of internal rollers apply pressure to the metal to calendar the desired radius.

Adjustable Track Roller - Series of rollers are staged together around the circumference of the tank to support the tank in the elevated position.

Cobra Tanks has developed a patented method of building welded stainless steel tanks and silos on site. The innovative coil construction adds strength and ease to building circular tanks and silos, without lifting devices, requiring only a small crew. This method provides increased reinforcement eliminating the need for extra internal reinforcing improving seismic and pressure factors.
