The standard range of rectangular splitter type sound attenuators/silencers have been developed to give virtually any attenuation required in normal practice, in any air handling situation. They are designed for use in industrial ventilation systems, where axial or centrifugal fan noise must be reduced. They are also ideally suited for use as cooling air inlet and outlet silencers for diesel generator sets, compressors, etc, where they can simply fitted into builders work openings or mounted onto acoustic enclosure.
When an installation has external facing walls, our range of fixed blade weatherlouvres, motorised weatherlouvres or gravity operated louvres, can be readily incorporated, to give maximum protection against ingress of rain and to prevent through draughts when the plant is not in operation.

Our sound resistant and airtight metal doors have been used by many contractors, specifying authorities, government authorities and nationally known companies. An extended range of standard sizes and purpose designed doors, with optional features and finishes are now available, enabling us to exactly meet your requirements, whilst maintaining the high quality of construction and design, for which we are known.

This type is primarily used on the external face of a building or duct system where resistance to rain water is required. It has a good aesthetic appearance whilst offering good airflow characteristics.

This type is simply used for fitting in to a duct system where it is necessary to close-off the airway when the ventilation plant has stopped, or for use where a fire protection system requires a sealed space into which a fire suppressant gas can be discharged without major loss. The standard type is not gas tight. We can supply a low leakage version that includes blade seals and side gap shim seals. They are fitted with one or more Belimo electric actuators, 240 or 24 volt, with three actuation modes,

100 Square or Rectangular blades in the airstream.

This photograph shows the ventilation ductwork for one of the biotechnology solvent removal plants that we designed, supplied and installed in 2001. The ductwork was in galvanised steel to DW142 specification and the system incorporated volume control dampers, access panels and extensive support steelwork.

We offer the supply and install of new build exhaust flues or replacement of old damaged flues. We can meet various requirements, including mild steel or stainless, twin wall or single wall, numerous diameters and clamping options.
