Model KX - Syringe Filters With Integral Pre-Filter - Process Particulate Laden Samples
KX Syringe Filters are commonly used for the removal of particulate matter prior to compound or analyte analysis. The approach is used in a wide range of applications, including environmental, food, clinical and pharma, providing a particulate free solution for injection into the GC, HPLC or LC-MS system. Whilst most applications require the use of a standard syringe filter (either 0.22 or 0.45µm porosity and 4, 13, 25 or 30mm diameter), some samples that are particulate laden will block the selected syringe filter, even when using the largest diameter.
Model KX - Regenerated Cellulose Syringe Filters (Non-sterile)
KX Regenerated Cellulose Syringe Filters are ideal for filtering organic solvents due to their strong chemical resistance. The regenerated cellulose membrane can be used with organic and aqueous solvent systems. KX Regenerated Cellulose Syringe Filters are available in a range of diameters from 13 to 30mm and 0.22 and 0.45µm porosities.

Model KX PTFE - Syringe Filters (Non-Sterile)
KX PTFE Syringe Filters exhibit the highest solvent resistance and high protein binding. They are suited to the filtration of non-aqueous or solvent based samples. Pre-wetting with methanol or ethanol prior to aqueous samples filtration is recommended. PTFE is recommended for strong acids and bases.
Model KX - Nylon Syringe Filters (Non-Sterile)
KX Nylon Syringe Filters offer universal application for analytical procedures. Hydrophilic Nylon is ideal for aqueous (non-acidic) or organic sample prep and HPLC, GC or dissolution sample analysis. With its excellent flow characteristics, very low extractable levels and mechanical stability, Nylon offers the best combination of physical parameters to meet the most stringent analytical needs in 4, 13, 25mm and 30mm diameters. The naturally hydrophilic, high protein binding and high interference loading capacity of Nylon are natural advantages.
