Colubris Cleantech - Flotation unit - Type KWF

The KWF flotation units are extremely compact and make use of plate pack technology for removing suspended solids, oil, fat, grease and other dispersed and/or flocculated materials with micro flotation. Corrugated plate packs increase the internal surface, which results in improved separation efficiency against smaller required floor space.

Redox - Wastewater Flotation Units

The WWL flotation units are robustly built and characterised by large "free surface" areas. For wastewater containing large solids contents, the design provides sufficient retention time for separation and pre-dewatering of the skimming.

Colubris Cleantech - Flotation unit, type KCL

The KCL flotation units are designed to treat large wastewater flows for the removal of suspended solids, oil, fat, grease and other dispersed and/or flocculated materials with micro flotation.

The KCL units are very compact due to the use of plate separating technology working in accordance with both counter current and cross flow principles. The unique design allows the wastewater flow to be divided over all plate packs sections separately, resulting in optimal separation efficiency. Sand and other settling materials are removed using a stainless steel transport auger operating over the entire base of the KCL units.

K-Pack - Flocculators

The PFL flocculator is a tubular reactor where chemicals for coagulation, neutralization and flocculation are added to the wastewater under controlled circumstances. All particles in the wastewater are subjected to a completely equal mixing energy during a constant retention time. This results in a uniform flock with excellent separation characteristics.

K-Pack - Dissolved Air Flotation

The CPL and PWL flotation units are designed to treat wastewater with a high COD contents. Furthermore, suspended solids, fats, oil, grease and other floating materials will be removed. The CPL and PWL units are designed to achieve a complete laminar flow through the unit, this way optimal separation of the particles takes place.

K-Pack - Wastewater Cross Flow Separators

The PCS and CPS cross-flow separators are designed to separate settling parts like fibers, starch and sand from the wastewater.. Depending on the type of wastewater a PCS settler (executed with one or more sludge cones for the bottom sludge) or a CPS settler (executed with an auger sludge thickener for the bottom sludge) is applied. Each separator is custom built. Depending on your wastewater stream, the number of plate packs, the plate distance, the distance between the plates and the plate inclination are calculated. The PCS and CPS units are designed to treat wastewater flows from 1 up to 660 m3/hour per unit.

Ingenieursbureau Schneider - Flume System

The flume system is developed for instantly removal of all vegetable cuttings and waste of the production departments concerned in the fresh cut industry. This ingenious and robust transport system is installed in the factory floor underneath the production lines. The flumes transport the cuttings from the Low Care and the High Care area to a central waste discharge area and discharge them into a container within a couple of minutes.

Ingenieursbureau Schneider - Sand Separators

We have developed a range of efficient separators to remove fast settling materials, like sand, from water. Based on the difference in specific gravity between the water and the settling materials, predictable and maximum separation efficiencies are achieved. A shaftless conveyor, installed at an ideal angle, transports the separated materials to the discharge point above water level. During transport, water flows back into the main compartment resulting in a relatively dry product. Depending the required quality, the purified water can be reused. The separator is standard manufactured from AISI 304.

Colubris Cleantech - SmartDose - Minimum dosing, maximum results

SmartDose matches the coagulant dosing to the removable pollution fraction in the wastewater, minimizing coagulant consumption, minimizing sludge production, the two main running costs components in wastewater treatment. SmartDose automates and optimizes coagulant dosing in wastewater treatment. Forgoing the need for frequent manual monitoring and -dosing adjustment. SmartDose seamlessly integrates with existing plants.
