This system integrates a suite of sensors, including the TGF350S inlet air flow meter based on thermal diffusion theory, a KW110 power meter with current transformers and voltage clampers, and a pressure sensor, all of which collaborate to provide comprehensive analytical capabilities. The TGF350S measures mass, standard, and FAD flow rates over a 70:1 range with 2% accuracy, while the KW110 component measures power with 1% precision within a 5~500A range across varying power systems. Unique to this system is the reliance on a mobile app, allowing users to manage settings and review performance data via Bluetooth connection, without traditional displays. This system remains functional even when out of Bluetooth range by storing 24 hours of data internally, ensuring accurate assessments of compressors' operational efficiency and providing users with robust data for analysis.
