Comcor will prepare detailed design and construction specifications for third party contactors to build and install landfill gas systems. The company can offer construction supervisory services and project management services from project initiation to project commissioning. After startup, Comcor can offer landfill gas system monitoring, operation and maintenance to relieve the owner of the need to hire or train personnel in specialized systems.
Operations and Monitoring
Comcor operations and monitoring services include, in addition to regular visits to the site, remote System Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems that can monitor and control the system, physical monitoring of gas levels throughout the collection system with portable gas monitoring equipment, as well as scheduled maintenance of the operating components of the system, such as the blowers, gas analyzers and any other wear parts.
Feasibility Analysis
Comcor reviews the operating history of the landfill. Lifespan, receiving history, and size of the landfill all affect the level of landfill gas produced in the landfill. If review of these factors indicates that there is the potential for a landfill gas utilization project, COMCOR will proceed with landfill gas testing at the site.
