Comet - PET Closed-Loop Crystallizer for Preventing PET Clumps

The CCR series closed-loop crystallizers are engineered to re-crystallize amorphous PET material prior to drying, effectively preventing clumping. This system is composed of heating elements, an insulated hopper, and an agitator screw mixing device, ensuring consistent material processing. Once uncrystallized PET enters the hopper, the system initiates re-crystallization while the agitator screw blends the material to eliminate clumping risks. The CCR's integrated sensors monitor resin level and temperature at the top of the hopper, automatically adjusting material flow through the hopper to ensure complete crystallization before discharge. When the temperature sensor detects that the crystallization temperature is reached, material feeding is stopped to maintain optimal processing conditions. This closed-loop system supports continuous crystallization, providing a seamless transition from uncrystallized to crystallized PET material, either for storage or direct drying hopper input, enhancing overall efficiency and material quality.
