CIE - Zero Liquid Discharge Plants
The zero liquid discharge treatment plants aim to eliminate the discharge of waste water. They are also able to offer the reuse and recycling of contaminated water, producing high quality water, which can be reused in a cost-effective way.
CIE - Model PUR-ALL - Chemical Physical Treatment Plants
Chemical physical treatment plants for water purification by metal precipitation and neutralization of acids and alkaline. CIE has patented a special technology called PUR-ALL, which is a chemical-physical process used for specific water treatment plants for fluorides and sulphates removal. The main purpose of this system is infact the abatement of sulphates, fluorides and aluminum, in order to obtain clean water from these elements, and therefore reusable.
CIE - Model D.I. - Purification Plants
Purification plants with Ion Exchange (I.X.) technology, able to deliver demineralized water with low salt concentration and conductivity to be used within process or as a recycle of rinse waters. The CIE systems employs a unique regeneration process where HCl and NaOH usage are optimized and the regeneration of this reverse osmosis technology allows to the waste’s volumes a decrease of 50% of current. Purification plants with Ion Exchange treatment plants (I.X.) are able to deliver demineralized water with a low salt concentration and conductivity able to produce process quality demineralized water for either rinse water recycling or once through operations. CIE - Model Chemguard - Instrument Control System
CHEMGUARD automatically measures baths concentration and provides important data such as acidity, alkalinity, pH and more. It also adjusts the dosing rate of chemicals according to this data, checking and maintaining each bath`s pre-set values.

CIE - Reverse Osmosis Teatment Plants
CIE uses reverse osmosis technology in membrane wastewater treatment plants. This process allows the transfer of molecules from one saline solution to another. As a result, in the Reverse Osmosis treatment plants gives to the water frees from unwanted substances.

CIE - Model Phoenix - Water Chemical Neutralization Systems
PHOENIX is a water chemical neutralization technology designed and developed by CIE for the counterbalance of spent alkaline baths from aluminum pickling (like washing extrusion dies) with production of aluminum hydroxide, no longer considered toxic, but as pure, recyclable and reusable. PHOENIX is based on chemical neutralization with CO2, followed by filtration to separate the hydroxide in solid form and then by the direct discharge of the neutralized liquid without further treatment. The relocation of hydroxide is conveyed with prices and contracts agreed.
CIE - Model Oxipur - Aluminum Anodizing Wastewater Treatment
An OXIPUR unit is a small, device that connects directly to an anodising tank, continuously removing Aluminum as it dissolved. The heart of the OXIPUR unit, the resin column has the ability to absorb Sulfuric Acid while rejecting a solution of weakly acidic to waste. The acid can readily be recovered from the resin with a simple water wash. OXIPUR unit has the flexibility to be connected to one tank or several tanks. The efficiency of the OXIPUR acid recovery system is up to 98%.
