Molded seal Hydraulic Liner Hanger with integrated packer of FLEX-GRIP series is a unique Hanger system ideal for cemented liner application, built on a single-piece mandrel without any internal connection resulting in elimination of potential leak paths.

Completion Oil Tools® Mechanical Set-Flex Liner Hanger with J2J® latching mechanism is set by giving right-hand rotation; with fully secured slips enclosed in pocket of cone. It is available in both rotational and Non-Rotational type. Staggered cone design gives maximum bypass area which helps in running in and circulation. Automatic J2J cage feature allows hanger to return to the run- in position, should the hanger set prematurely while running in the well.

Mechanical liner can be set with either right or left- hand rotation, depending on the type of setting tool or design. The slip cage has a “J” slot and high strength drag springs to manage the movement of the slips with the cones. In liner hanger we have four types e.g.: Double Cone & Non rotational, Single Cone & Non rotational, to suit various applications.

X and R landing nipples are run into the well on the completion tubing to provide a specific landing location for the subsurface flow control equipment. The common internal profiles of these landing nipples make them universal. COMPLETION OIL TOOLS® CT-LNP-X and CT-LNP-XN landing nipples are designed for use with standard weight tubing. CT-LNP-R and CT-LNP-RN landing nipples are designed for use with heavy weight tubing. (The N designates no-go nipples).

LOCK MANDREL of COT is a device capable of holding pressure differentials from above or below when set at any depth in a corresponding Landing Nipple Profile of matching size & type.
