Concast`s line of customizable concrete pull boxes are designed to interface with Concast`s Trench System by creating extra cable training room next to control buildings. Additionally, they can stand alone to be used as a junction box for pulling cables. Standard boxes have floor drains, but they can be ordered solid bottom or completely open.

Concast`s Fibercrete  handholes are a great lightweight alternative when you need a small access box with no bottom. The open-bottom boxes include a fibercrete cover with a textured surface, which have flush lifting rings built into them. They also come with PentaHead locking capabilities to make the boxes are tamper-proof. The 18x30 size has an ID Plate in the cover. FHSL handholes are identical except that they utilize SureLock bolts for maximum security.

Concast`s URD Vista concrete vaults support submersible underground eletrical distribution products. Originally designed for S&C`s Vista two-way, three-way, or the four-way switchgear; these units can often be used for many other apparatus as well.   Vault packages include steel covers, a ladder, switchgear support, installation platforms, pulling eyes, and customizable cable openings.  All hardware is galvanized steel, and stainless steel is optional.   The first 3 sets of numbers (90-114-76) in the part number represents the outside length, width, and height dimensions of the vault.   The 2-3-4-Way Vista Vault is about 18,000 pounds with the covers.  Covers are all galvanized steel, and the spring assisted covers include lockable acces plates.

Concrete covers utilize threaded inserts for machine assisted lifting. Many other sizes are available.

Concast offers special aluminum covers to be used for a variety of applications including replacing covers used in existing trench runs.   The chart below lists some common sizes.

Manufactured with Fibercrete®, our pedestrian channels are lighter than conventional concrete. They boast 3 times the strength of concrete; with superior crack resistance and long-term durability. Ideal uses include, but are not limited to electrical cable trench and industrial pipe trench. Also available are 16 inch deep channels in both open bottom and solid bottom, as well as flush channel.
