We have developed the self-propelled Aqua Rover® technology to remove calcium carbonate, corrosion, coatings, tuberculation or previously applied liners with substantial reduced cleaning time and precisely controlled cleaning tracks from your pipe system ranging from 36” to 180” in diameter.  Equipped with a variety of Aqua Milling® jets, our expertise and operational experience, we clean large size steel, concrete and plastic pipe with no personnel exposed to dust and confined space risk, delivering excellent cleaning quality and high savings through reduced cleaning time and less manpower.

We designed and patented the Tank Spider technology for Tank, Vessel and Tower cleaning without confined space risk, eliminating hazardous man entry. Employing 650 HP cleaning power and Aqua Milling® VIB-jets, all cleaning parameters and movements of the hydraulic Tank Spider™ are controlled from outside the tank. The cutting pattern is not randomly delivered from the center of the tank as seen with 3D nozzles, but applied along a pre-determined track. Tank entry can be made from different positions, in most cases without removal of dip-tubes, gates or other obstacles.

Cleaning of Cooling Water Systems without shutting down the process water flow. Focusing on minimizing downtime and loss of productivity to our clients, Aqua Drill International developed the PIO (Pipe-In-Operation) Aqua Milling technology that covers virtually any type and size of valve to tap into various sizes of lines or vessels. During the PIO Aqua Milling operation, entire units that rely on sufficient cooling water flow can be cleaned while the operating pressure remains at 100psi.

A unique patented pipe cleaning system developed and tested with SHELL E&P in Houston. The particular need to clean parafins and hydrates out of crude oil transportation lines exceeding distances of 10miles led to the joint development of the patented HAPP (Hydraulically Activated Power Pig) Technology. HAPP is a unique system that uses Crude Oil or light oil jets to power a high performance cleaning action inside transportation lines.

The Conco C4S tube cleaner featuring TruFit™ technology is an all-purpose tube cleaner for condensers and heat exchangers with tube sizes ½” – 1 ¼”.  This spring-loaded metal tube cleaner is effective on all types of deposits, including micro/macro fouling, organic type scales, corrosion and pitting by-products, and all types of obstructions.  It can also be used with thin wall metal inserts and coatings on tubesheets or inlet ends.

The Conco C4SS tube cleaner is constructed of 304 stainless steel and can be used on all types of tube materials in condensers and heat exchangers with tube sizes ¾” to 1 ¼”.   Originally developed by Conco for application on AL-6XN stainless steel condenser tubing, the C4SS tube cleaner is also ideal for applications in highly corrosive environments.

The Conco C3S tube cleaner featuring TruFit™ technology is a heavy-duty tube cleaner for condenser and heat exchanger tubes in sizes 7/8” and 1”.  Effective on all types of deposits, the C3S tube cleaner features a reinforced three-stage design making it especially effective for the removal of hard deposits, corrosion and pitting by-products as well as all types of obstructions.

Through a water flushing and rotary drilling action, the Conco HydroDrilling system is the fastest and most effective way to remove difficult deposits from the inside of heat exchanger tubes, chemical reactors, condensers, re-boilers and absorbers. The revolutionary HydroDrill™ high-torque cleaning system removes obstructions from any type of tube ranging from 3/8” to 6” in diameter and up to 40` in length. It can effectively clean hard deposits such as coke, calcium, sulfur, bauxite, asphalt, oxides and baked-on hard polymers. Completely blocked tubes can be restored to 100% of the original tube I.D. in one pass. The HydroDrill™is fast, typically cleaning 20-foot long tubes in 30 to 90 seconds each.
