ConeTec CPT rigs are capable of accessing urban centers, remote sites, mine tailings, and active construction areas. Built between 18 and 35 tons, on tracks and on trucks, these are the hardest pushing rigs in the industry. Advanced hydraulic systems ensure penetration rates and CPT quality are maintained, while safety and efficiency are maximized.

ConeTec operates a large, modern fleet of drill rigs including sonic, auger, and rotary style rigs, on truck and track platforms. All drill rigs are customized to efficiently deploy CPTu and in-situ testing equipment in addition to drilling and sampling activities.

All ConeTec cones and data acquisition systems are built seismic ready. The addition of geophones in the CPTu body enables the collection of seismic wave data, and the calculation of shear (Vs) and compressional (Vp) wave velocities during the cone penetration test.
