The Compressed Dental Air Plant provides a complete solution to the centralised supply of dental air. We make Dental Compressed Air Plants to suit anything from a small 1 chair Dental Clinic, to major Dental Teaching Hospitals and therefore offer several options for compressors from Piston Type to Rotary Screw Type depending on the plant size and customer speciation`s. We can configure plants to suit differently sized and shaped plant rooms.

The Lockable Line Valve is suitable for new and existing applications which require a system of secure but easily accessible medical gas isolation valves within a restricted area. The unit is designed to be mounted directly into a medical or laboratory gas pipeline via the copper tail-pieces supplied, and located within wall or ceiling voids or anywhere that general access is restricted.

The Vacuum Insulated Evaporator (VIE) panel is provide as a duplex system of controls (Duty/Standby) and is designed to accept a supply of gaseous oxygen from the liquid supply source and reduce the pressure to the pipeline distribution pressures. Each regulator of the duplex system is provided with its own pressure relief valve to ensure safe venting of the gas in the event of overpressure of the supply.

Rigid through to retractable and flexible units.  The unit is connected to the medical gas main utilising a first fix NIST connector with a gas specific colour coded flexible hose providing the connection between the first fix NIST and the terminal unit.
