The BioMAT 1 Robotic Class I Microbiological Safety Cabinet concept from Contained Air Solutions is designed to house robotic equipment of various manufacturers. Robotic cabinets can be manufactured in a wide variety of sizes to suit all automated laboratory instruments. They are pre-engineered with internal work trays, removable internal platforms on which equipment is mounted, instrument services, power and data connections. CAS robotic cabinets are designed in line with the current British Standard BS EN 12469:2000 and will be capable of passing the full operator and product protection tests as stated in BS EN 12469:2000.
